Physical Items
As a digital villa booking platform, we typically do not ship physical items. However, some properties may provide:
- Welcome packages delivered to your accommodation
- Special amenities arranged through property management
- Local experience packages coordinated with partners
Key and Access Information
- Property access details are provided electronically
- Check-in instructions sent 24-48 hours before arrival
- Emergency contact information included with booking
- Digital or smart lock codes when applicable
Special Arrangements
For special requests requiring physical delivery (flowers, groceries, etc.), we coordinate with local partners. Additional charges and terms may apply.
