Loud parties or events are not allowed without prior approval. Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited to maintain cleanliness and protect the furniture. The tenant is responsible for any damages and must cover the repair costs. Use of facilities (such as the swimming pool and jacuzzi) is at the tenant's own risk, and the owner is not responsible for any injuries. 3. Cleanliness & Safety Please keep the villa clean and return the furniture to its original arrangement. Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is obtained.
